La Princesa Frozen Treats was born from decades of connection with our community. For years, our family has been serving authentic Mexican fruit bars and ice cream—and with every smile, every bit of feedback, and every shared memory, we realized there was something missing in our city: a true all-in-one café where you could find all the salty, sour, and sweet flavors that remind us of home.
So, we built it. From recipe testing to trial and error, and eventually expanding into a bigger space with more parking and a welcoming dine-in area, every step has been rooted in love, care, and community.
What makes La Princesa special isn’t just our menu—it’s the details. Like our esquites: instead of using canned corn, we peel and cut each cob by hand because you can taste the freshness. As our father always says, “We’re not here to make the easiest version—we’re here to make the best version.” That dedication to quality is what you’ll find in every single item.
